Front-Office and Sales Management
According to SpendingPulse, U.S. retailers saw sales rise 3.6 percent in 2007 holiday shopping. Consumer electronics rose 2.7 percent. Is this an accurate representation of cellular retailers specifically? Did you experience an increase in Holiday sales over 2006?

Wow thats great. I conducted a survey about wireless retailers and the results show a slight decrease of 4.7% in sales from Quarter 4-2006 to Quarter 4-2007. -

We turned up a little extra advertising... not a lot. Really concentrated on customer service and refferral requests. Our numbers were up! The biggest improvement was in attachment ratios. Accessory sales were up 40% month to month and 20% over same period last year.
I attribute this to making a stupendous decission to employee Vendor Managed Inventory with Offwire... It helps to have the product to sell... Its even better when you don't have to sweat it! Found them at the IQ conference! -

Thats great to hear. How have you found the promotional bundles for the holidays wasn't as great as previous years? We found that this was the case in Canada. -

With the recent economic problems in the US, I am surprised to hear that your sales were actually up this holiday season. I guess all of those forecasts the financial experts make are centered around general consumer spending. After all, people still need phones. -

Our sales were down about 30% from last year.

The trick now is to parlay this windfall into the tax season.
