Did your relationship with your carrier change much over the last year? For better or worse?

    So So, I am a Branded Sprint dealer and have been dissapointed with the progress of this company since the merger in 2005. I am looking to a newer feel with this new CEO for 2008.

    I'm also an exclusive Sprint dealer and ready to see some change from our carrier. Our new adds and customer loyalty have hit the floor. I'm still grinding I have been in the indirect business for 14 years. Even though are new adds are way down, upgrades are rocking. I'm confidant that Sprint will turn things around for 2008.

    Is there a particular area, if any, that you can speak to if your relationship with your carrier has taken a step back?
