Employee Commissions

Hello,

I would like to get some feedback on effective commission structure for store reps. What is working for other store owners? Flat spiffs, Tiered level?

   We pay a tiered comm for example, ppd activation $3, Add-a-line $3, Rate plans >$35 pays $4, <$45 pays $5 and so on. We also pay our people 1X the feature sold to the customer. example $5.99 text package pays them $5.99 Our sale have increase and productivity soared. We also pay a flat 10% commission on all accessory sales!

   I pay $10.00 for 150 eli and new acts.
   
   $5.00 for 75 eli.
   
   5% of gross accessory sales.
   
   We pay a salary which is approximately $8.00 per hour.
   
   Florida that is.
