Sprint launches "Ready Now" in retail stores

Sprint has launched “Ready Now”, a new service at its retail store intended to help customers use to learn their phones before leaving the store.   The new program is designed to increase customer satisfaction and reduce returns from people who can’t get their new phones to work.  A recent survey by Opinion Research found that 21 percent of smartphone buyers returned their phones because they could not set them up.  With Ready Now, similar to Apple’s  “Genius Bar” sales associates will sit down with the customer to help them set up the phone and go through all the features.  Ready Now is available at all Sprint-owned stores and will soon be available at a limited number of exclusively branded dealer stores.
